These are tied to players completing a certain number of Triumphs, making titles a sign of completion and mastery over specific parts of Destiny 2. The Conqueror title is tied to the Season of Plunder and it requires players to achieves a number of completions playing Nightfall: The Ordeal on Grandmaster difficulty over multiple weeks.

Yes and No, only one nightfall is available every week so it might take several weeks to complete this service depending on your selection, but if you have already unlocked the gilded seal in a previous season all the nightfall strikes will be available.
