DIM Extension Guide

A new guide has been created to help with issues with the DIM Extension that will cut down on the need to DM staff. The majority of any issues that come up can be resolved with these steps. Please make sure you use this guide FIRST before contacting staff and note that these steps DID NOT work when you message.
